It does not necessarily indicate that the owner's boat will be removed/salvaged by the USCG. Some vessels will have placards indicating that they do not meet the USCG mission applicability criteria. We have also begun posting letters on people's vessels, and if they have any questions they can contact LT Elaina R Davis, USCG, using the numbers or email address above. |
