COMPREHENSIVE PUBLIC TRAINING PROGRAM (CPTP)

The Comprehensive Public Training Program (CPTP) is the state-funded training program for state employees.  Through the CPTP, employees are offered training opportunities in management development, supervisory training, and general application classes on topics such as computer software and writing skills.

The Department of Wildlife and Fisheries offers training opportunities both on-the-job and by approval of employee attendance at specialized subject matter conferences, seminars and workshops.

Employees of the Department and Wildlife & Fisheries may also request special educational leave for courses related to work.
