Wycoff Road on Richard K. Yancey Wildlife Management Area Reopened

Dec. 1, 2017 – Wycoff Road on Richard K. Yancey Wildlife Management Area (WMA) has been reopened, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) announced.
 
The damaged portion of the road has been rerouted with a new access road to Hog Pen Lake, Ross Road, Lower Sunk Lake and Silver Lakes.
 
Richard K. Yancey WMA, which consists of 70,872 acres in Concordia Parish, lies between the Mississippi and Red rivers, beginning north of Lower Old River.
