2016 Environmental Education State Symposium Call for Presenters

The Louisiana Environmental Education Commission is seeking presenters for the 2016 Louisiana Environmental Education State Symposium, scheduled for February 19-20, 2015 at the Baton Rouge Marriott, 5500 Hilton Ave., Baton Rouge. The symposium is an annual event aimed at providing formal and non-formal environmental educators from Louisiana and the surrounding region with up-to-date environmental education information and techniques.
The theme for this year's symposium is "Exploring the Natural World." Presenters are encouraged to follow the conference theme, but it is not strictly necessary.  Visit the symposium website at http://www.wlf.louisiana.gov/louisiana-environmental-education-symposium.
Presenters will conduct 50-minute sessions featuring exemplary programs, hands-on workshops, or lesson demonstrations. Educators who wish to present a session at the 2015 Environmental Education State Symposium, please visit our online proposal form at http://www.wlf.louisiana.gov/2016-environmental-education-state-symposium-presenter-proposal-form.
