New Anti-Littering Slogan Announcement

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) in partnership with Keep Louisiana Beautiful (KLB) will be announcing a new anti-littering slogan, “Pick It Up or Pay It Out,” in support of Louisiana’s zero tolerance for litter campaign. Law enforcement agencies throughout the state will heighten their enforcement for littering from Friday through Sunday, March 18 - 20.

KLB will join forces with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Louisiana State Police, Louisiana Sheriff's Association, Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles and LDWF to raise awareness of the consequences of littering and illegal dumping. Representatives from each agency will address the media about the litter problems facing Louisiana.
