LDWF Public Shooting Ranges to Undergo Lead Recovery Operations, Intermittent Closures Possible

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) will conduct required lead removal at the Bodcau, Woodworth, Sherburne and Pearl River-Honey Island shooting ranges later this month and into October. Work at each shooting range will be coordinated to minimize impact to the public, however, some closures may be needed during the process.
