Waddill Wildlife Refuge to be Closed Jan. 28 for Hunter Education Conference, LDWF Announces

Baton Rouge, Jan 21, 2026 - The Waddill Wildlife Refuge in Baton Rouge will be closed to the public Jan. 28 for a hunter education conference, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) announced. Waddill will reopen on Jan. 29.
