Louisiana Wild Seafood Certification Program
Program Eligibility
This voluntary program is available to Louisiana licensed commercial fishermen, fresh product dealers, wholesale/retail seafood dealers and processors, retail seafood dealers, restaurants, and grocers who handle Louisiana seafood products. Out of state retail seafood dealers, restaurants, and grocers will also be able to participate if sourcing LWSCP labeled seafood from Louisiana program participants.
Apply for the Program
To apply for the program, view the program guidelines and follow the instructions listed on the registration portal to create an account.
Program participation is valid for one year from the date of approval and can be renewed up to 90 days from the expiration date.
Training Video
Completion of the training video is only required for first-time program participants. It is also recommended to take the training video at renewal if the business has new ownership or employees.
