This 2-hour course will be geared towards both beginner and experienced anglers looking to learn lesser-known fishing tips that can help improve general angling. Participants will learn about several different tips, gear, and suggestions aimed at improving their fishing success and experience followed by hands-on application and practice. It is suggested participants have already taken Intro to Fishing or have a basic knowledge of fishing. A valid Louisiana fishing license is required for participants 18 years and older, and participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Special Instructions
Participants should bring plenty of water, a valid LA fishing license for those 18 & older, and dress appropriately for the weather. Camping chairs are also encouraged in case seating is limited. Fishing gear will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own to learn how to use it for future use. This program may be affected by inclement weather conditions. In such cases, the instructor will notify you as soon as possible.
