What is L’CARP?

Officially launched in May of 2026, L’CARP is a team of select fishermen united in the goal of eliminating as many invasive Asian Carp from Louisiana’s waters as possible. Run by Inversa, a multi-state Invasive species management company, L’CARP is a program created to support the fishermen of Louisiana and to preserve our waters and fishing industries for all generations who come after us.
