The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) will issue alligator hunting licenses and tags at Rockefeller Wildlife Refuge on Friday (Sept. 1) beginning at 1 p.m. The issuance of the tags was delayed earlier this week because of impacts from Hurricane Harvey.
