The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) is accepting applications for the 2018 Elbow Slough Wildlife Management Area (WMA) lottery dove hunts until July 27. 
 
Elbow Slough WMA is located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 and Louisiana Highway 3170 in Rapides Parish. The hunts will be conducted Sept. 1-2.
