The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) has reopened some roads at Pearl River Wildlife Management Area (WMA), including Old Highway 11, Po-boy Road and Indian Bayou Road. Oil Well Road will remain closed until repairs are completed.
The roads were closed due to flooding.
The Pearl River WMA, which consists of 35,618 acres, is located approximately six miles east of Slidell and approximately one mile east of Pearl River.
