A section of Muddy Bayou Road from Hunt Road to Nolan’s Bayou Road on Dewey W. Wills Wildlife Management Area (WMA) has reopened, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) announced.
 
Sandy Bayou Road and the remainder of Muddy Bayou Road, from Nolan’s Bayou Road to Saline Bayou Bridge, remain closed until floodwater recedes and repairs are made. 
  
Dewey W. Wills WMA is located in the southern portion of LaSalle and Catahoula parishes in central Louisiana approximately 20 miles northeast of Alexandria.
