This format is recommended for students 14 years of age and older. This online with field day format consists of two parts: an online class that can be taken at the student’s own pace, followed by a 5-hour field-day class. The online portion of this course costs $34.95 through the online course provider. You MUST print, sign, and bring proof of online course completion with you to the field day.

Louisiana Hunter Education Field Day This Field Day is for students who have completed the online Hunter Education course. Participants will review key safety topics, demonstrate safe firearm handling, and complete the required written test to earn certification. Participants must bring the printed online course completion voucher.
