Wolf Bay Campground in West Bay WMA Has Been Reopened, LDWF Announces
Baton Rouge, - Wolf Bay Campground located off Louisiana Highway 112 in West Bay Wildlife Management Area (WMA) has been reopened, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) announced. The campground was closed due to tree damage from Hurricane Laura in August that has since been removed.
The public should use caution while in West Bay WMA and be aware of downed trees in and around roads and trails within the WMA. Main entry roads have been cleared of trees.
