The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) will hold a public informational meeting on Lake Claiborne. Discussion topics will include: evaluations of recent stocking programs; a review of historical issues on the lake; updates on bass, crappie, hybrid striped bass, and catfish; and future management plans to improve fisheries in the lake.

The meeting is open to the public, and entry to the park is free for those attending the meeting.  All persons interested in the conservation and management of the fisheries resources in Lake Claiborne are encouraged to attend.
