The Louisiana Department and Wildlife Fisheries (LDWF) has rescinded the burn ban on LDWF owned and managed lands. Campfires in campgrounds on LDWF managed properties, in accordance with LDWF rules and regulations, are now allowed.
Campfires and cooking will be allowed although users are urged to exercise caution when taking part in these activities.
