The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) has re-opened the following roads to vehicle traffic at the Richard K. Yancey Wildlife Management Area (WMA):  Hogpen Road, Shell Road, Moreau Lake Road, Wycoff Road, Silver Lake Road and Hooper Road.

The following roads remain closed due to flooding:  Sunk Lake, Lac a Solstein, Blount, Ross, Lincecum, Jacks Bayou, Union Point, Blackhawk, Dobbs Bay, and Hunt roads.  The Blackhawk Boat Launch also remains closed at this time.

Once the water recedes on other WMA roads, LDWF will inspect, repair and re-open them when deemed safe for travel.
