a. Pre-Application window is March 20 – May 19
b. Full Application Invitations will be sent no later than June 19 (due September 17)
c. TAB has 30 days to rank (See Handout on Full Application Scoring Criteria) and provide to PSB. The PSB has 30 days to review and award.
