The Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission (LWFC) approved a notice of intent that proposes regulations and procedures for registering and titling abandoned and salvaged vessels. The action came during the commission’s September meeting, Thursday (Sept. 4), in Baton Rouge.
